About Securo AS
Securo AS company founded in 2006 by Geir Jensen following a 30 year successful career in comprehensive fire protection engineering and fire safety consulting, and 6 years of specific research on passive fire blocking devices. Co-founder and CEO of Securo is Eivind Elnan.
The result of Geir Jensen's research was Firebreather® (FB) - a patented technology that is applied to a wide span of vent designs and products that solve the long lasting dilemma of providing simultaneous ventilation and fire spread protection.
The company staff is comprised of registered fire protection consultant engineers, product designers, business developers and economists with special emphasis on technology management.
When undertaking consultancy and planning projects, Securo does so on the basis of extensive knowledge and the international experience of our entire organization, including a highly dedicated and competent board of directors.
We aim to be a leading player in the market by high quality products and services. Our mission is to strive for excellence in the products and services we provide. We continually evaluate our performance and look for ways to improve.
Securo has a policy of transparency. We are pleased to provide the test certificates and reports available to specifiers because these tell the real story of how well our products fared. This open policy is shared by our British partner, reputable company Sealmaster Ltd., who has been of vital importance for the development of Securo's products, and key partner in conducting thorough and reliable fire tests.
